To ensure a safe and successful lift, please note the following responsibilities of the Hirer:

​Ground Conditions: The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the ground surface is stable and capable of supporting the crane’s weight and outrigger pressures.

​Underground Services: It is the Hirer’s responsibility to identify and communicate the location of all underground services (water, gas, electrical, etc.) prior to the crane entering the site.

​Access & Clearances: Please ensure clear access for the crane to enter and maneuver. This includes checking for overhead power lines, narrow gates, and weight-limited bridges or driveways.

​Permits: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any required council permits or road occupancy licenses are the responsibility of the Hirer.
